By accessing, registering, or utilizing the MEP Details portal (the "Platform"), including all MEP calculators, standard operating procedures (SOPs), equipment checklists, and AI-assisted consultation models, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
2 Professional Engineering & AI Disclaimer
CRITICAL ENGINEERING NOTICE:
All mathematical formulas, thermodynamic derivations, sizing algorithms, and AI consultation responses are provided for technical guidance and preliminary engineering verification based on published standard codes (National Building Code of India - NBC 2016, Bureau of Indian Standards - IS, ASHRAE, IEEE, NFPA, and CEA regulations).
AI responses and automated calculators do not constitute stamped professional engineer (PE) certified drawings. Field engineers must verify site-specific physical parameters, soil conditions, utility pressures, voltage tolerances, and local municipal bylaws before critical equipment commissioning.

- Free Tier: Basic access to public MEP calculators and general equipment guides.
- MEP Details Pro & Enterprise: Full unrestricted access to the complete 50+ SOP Library, downloadable PDF checklists, premium engineering calculators, and priority AI consultations.
- Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Account sharing across multiple organizations is prohibited.
4 Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary algorithms, UI workflows, interactive calculation engines, curated SOP templates, and technical content published on MEP Details are the intellectual property of MEP Details and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Content may not be scraped, reproduced, or redistributed for commercial resale without prior written authorization.
5 Facility Operational Safety & Limitation of Liability
Facility management and plant maintenance involve high-voltage electricity, pressurized steam, combustible fuels, and heavy rotating machinery. MEP Details and its parent entity shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from physical plant execution, equipment downtime, or safety incidents. Strict adherence to plant Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, PPE mandates, and OEM manufacturer maintenance schedules is strictly required.
